Taylor holds the fort down at Anytime HQ. She grew up around the roofing business and likes learning from her Dad in this true life Succession story.

Salvador "Jefe" Santos
Salvador wears many hats and has many names around here. While "Boss" is his main title, you will find him driving supplies to the jobs and checking up on progress each day.
Sales & Drone Operator
James Fort-Johnson
James is often one of the first and last people to visit our customer's homes. He performs roof inspections, writes quotes, and as a licensed drone pilot, he takes our aerial photos.

Rafael Melendez
Rafael has been with the company since the beginning! He started as an installer and now is a wonderful foreman and has earned his position. He has 32 years in the construction industry under his belt. When he is not working he is hanging out with his grandkids & loves to catch a Mariners game.

Leoncio Rodriguez
Leoncio has also been with the company since the beginning. He really enjoys what he does and working with his family. When he is not working he is with his two daughters and wife. He enjoys most sports & going out to eat.

Ivan Mandaldo
Ivan has been a great asset to Anytime Roofing with his background in flat roof roofing solutions. He does a great job leading his crew and customers love getting a chance to talk to him! When he is not working he loves to spend time with his son.

Jose Ramirez
Jose is one of our newest additions but he comes with a lot of roofing experience. He works very hard at leading his crew and making sure the job is done correctly! It's his priority to make the customers happy! When he is not working he is spending time with his family.

Francisco Medina
Francisco has been an installer with us for a few years now. He enjoys getting to be outside and working with his family. His favorite part of the job is visiting all over the area! When is not working he is keeping up with his two young daughters! He also enjoys listening to music and watching movies.

Andrew Santos
Andrew started working with Anytime as soon as he could! He would fit in into his weekends/summer when not at school. He started from picking up trash for the crew and worked up to sales! When Andy is not working he is watching sports and hanging out with his young kids!

Irving has a great work ethic! He is efficient, without cutting corners, and he shows a passion for what he does. He has been with Anytime Roofing for 4 years now and we're so happy he's here! He lives in the Tacoma area and when he is not working he spends time with his kids and pups!

Antonio has been with the company for a few years now. When we think of hard working people, Antonio comes to mind! He likes to stay busy! When he is not working he loves the challenges of training horses and also spending time with his 3 kids.
Our Mission:
Our Story:
Salvador was born in Mexico and moved to the US in the late 70’s. He eventually settled down south of Seattle and has been living here for 40+ years. As one of 10 children Salvador was always inspired by his father. “He was one of the hardest working people I ever knew. My father would get up early and work long days, but he would return home every day to spend as much time with us as he could. After he passed away I came here to work hard just like he did. I wanted to make my father proud” says Salvador
Salvador’s children grew up here and have started working in the family business. His daughter Taylor now manages the office and his son Andrew occasionally works with his dad in the field helping with operations and giving quotes to new clients.
I am in awe of the life my father has built, not only for himself but for his children as well. It makes me want to be the best version of myself for my Dad, but also for my own kids. I’m glad that they get to see me working in this male dominated industry and love what I’m doing!”
What Motivates Us:
Salvador has been working in the roofing industry for 35 years. He started as an installer for Jorve roofing and after about 5 years, but was motivated to do more for his family. He ventured out to start his own business and later formed Anytime Roofing in May 2000 and it has been growing since that time. Now Anytime Roofing employs a good deal of people and just like Salvador did, they are moving up through the ranks learning about the installation and sales of roofing, windows, siding, decking, fencing, and more. He is proud of the fact that some people on the crew started with him back in 2000 and are loyal, hard working team members.
Taylor says “I love the ‘start to finish’ work with each customer. I love being able to help people and keep their precious homes protected for years to come and how satisfied our customers are with their experience of working with Anytime Roofing.”
